【Essential Maintenance Access for Starter Generator Brushes】

This gas golf cart brush inspection cover kit provides direct access to the starter generator brushes without removing the entire unit. Allowing for quick visual inspection of brush wear—a critical maintenance step that prevents unexpected starting failures.

【Comprehensive Compatibility Across Multiple Brands】

These brush inspection cover for Club Car and EZGO replace OEM part numbers 1033479-01, 103347901, 101876301 (Club Car), and 612041, 612042 (EZGO). It fits Club Car starter/generators from 2001 onward equipped with AMD units, EZGO 4-cycle models from 2010 with Advanced starter/generator part numbers 660379, 114-01-4008, 114-01-4010, 114-01-40110, and the Columbia ParCar starter/generator part 30083-95 (1995 to early 1997). Available in 4-piece or 8-piece kits to suit your maintenance needs.

【Prevent Costly Starter-Generator Failure】

Worn brushes are a leading cause of starter-generator failure—the cart won't crank, or the battery won't charge properly. These gas golf cart brush inspection cover kits allow you to check brush length against the wear line without disassembling the starter. Regular inspection and timely brush replacement extend starter life, improve cart stability, and prevent unexpected breakdowns on the course.
